Fans wanting to join a group

If you do not have season tickets but would like to share with someone else, this service is for you! Browse through potential partners, join a group, and get in on the action.

Fans wanting to start a new group

You can also start a group to buy new season tickets. Set up a new group, find some partners, and get some great new seats!

You can go through the next few screens by clicking the "NEXT" buttons at the bottom of each section, or you can navigate by clicking on the links to the left.

2. Find Partners

Whether you need to replace a partner or bring in a partner for the first time, the Partner Service can help.

Posting the details of your season tickets is easy.
Simply create an account, log-in, and then follow the step-by-step instructions. The whole process takes a few minutes. Once you have posted your season tickets, potential partners will be able to contact you. All contact is anonymous until you decide to give out your personal details. You decide who joins your group.

What about my friends, family, and colleagues?
We thought of that too. After posting your season ticket details, we give you the option to send an e-mail invitation to whomever you think may want to share season tickets with you. You can import e-mail addresses from popular internet services (like Yahoo!, GMail, AOL, Hotmail, LinkedIn), We send out the invitation for you and manage the responses.

Want to start a new group to buy season tickets?
All of the above works for new groups as well. Just follow the instructions to post your new group. Potential partners will be able to contact you and you will be able to invite your friends, family, and colleagues. If you have always wanted to be a season ticket holder, this service can help! 3. Join a Group

Having season tickets means you are sure to get some Red Wings tickets this season. Sharing season tickets is a great way to enjoy some excellent seats and be certain that you will be in on the action!

There are season ticket holders looking for partners and other fans wanting to start new groups. Browse through available groups and find the situation that is best for you.

• You can browse through all available groups and decide which groups to contact.
• Ask any group a question.
• You can request to join any season ticket group but the group will need to approve you.
• You must create an account and log-in to contact a group or request to join a group.

4. Communicating

To post a group or contact a group, you must use a valid e-mail address to create an account and log-in. Communication between people using the Matcher Services is done via e-mail.

We do not give out your e-mail address! Instead, messages are sent on behalf of the sender from the Red Wings Partner Service. All messages contain a link back to the Matcher Service to respond.

The Partner Service has an "Inbox" and a "Sent Messages" folder so all of your messages will be stored.

You may choose to give out your personal contact information in a message you send from the Partner Service, but that is completely up to you.

5. Agreements

Once I find a cost-sharing partner, how do I handle group agreements, payments and ticket distribution?

The Partner Service is a tool which simply puts you in touch with other fans interested in sharing season tickets. The financial details, actual payments, ticket delivery, the game/ticket allocations per group member and all other details are left entirely up to you and the other group members.

6. Drafting Service

Once you find your partners, use the Drafting Service to figure out who gets which games!

The Drafting Service makes it easy for groups to distribute and manage their season tickets. Each group member ranks the season's games and then the group holds a "DRAFT", or multiple drafts, to divide their tickets. The system is easy to use but robust and can handle any group's ticket distribution needs.
